Segment the relationship first
Attestation chasing works best when each relationship has a service description, risk tier, and due-diligence status before links are sent.
- Prioritise high-risk introducers, agents, and service providers.
- Keep due-diligence files and attestation responses connected to the same relationship.
- Preserve pending, completed, overdue, and escalated states in the workspace.
Keep the external path scoped
Zero-login attestation links should collect a bounded response without exposing the internal evidence workspace. The chase list remains an operating record for the buyer.
- Use the pending list to trigger reminder or escalation workflows.
- Avoid treating a returned attestation as legal sufficiency on its own.
- Show unresolved high-risk relationships as board-pack blockers until the response is returned or escalated.
