DefenceFile — First Working Session Agenda

This document describes what the first working session covers. It is intended
to help you decide whether the DefenceFile pilot is a fit before requesting
a pilot review.

Duration: approximately 90 minutes

PART 1 — SCOPE POSTURE SCREEN (30 min)
----------------------------------------
We work through your organisation's UK-nexus exposure: size thresholds,
sector risk, third-party distribution reach, and associated-person count.
Output: a scope posture record, flagged for adviser review.

PART 2 — EVIDENCE GAP MAP (30 min)
------------------------------------
We map your current evidence state against the six ECCTA reasonable
procedures principles. For each principle we identify: what exists,
what is missing, what needs a named reviewer.
Output: a structured gap map with blocker list.

PART 3 — ATTESTATION CHASE LIST + REVIEW QUEUE (20 min)
---------------------------------------------------------
We set up your associated-person attestation list and assign reviewers
to the named evidence items from Part 2.
Output: attestation chase list, review queue, board-pack blocker list.

PART 4 — NEXT STEPS (10 min)
------------------------------
We walk through the board-pack export, the audit trail, and what the
90-day pilot covers from here.
